How long are sessions?

Sessions last 50 minutes.

How often do we meet?

Most clients attend weekly for consistency, but we discuss what feels right for you.

How many sessions will I need?

It varies. Some prefer short-term work. Others want longer-term support. We review regularly.

Do you offer online therapy?

Yes. Online sessions are available UK-wide. In-person sessions in Hackney will be available soon.

How much do sessions cost?

Online sesions are £60 for 50 minutes. £70 In-person.

Do you offer concessions?

A small number of concessionary spaces are available. Please enquire for availability.

Is everything I share confidential?

Yes. Confidentiality follows BACP guidelines.

What issues can you help with?

I work with anxiety, depression, trauma, attachment patterns, identity, low self-esteem, emotional overwhelm, and neurodiversity.

What if I need to cancel a session?

48 hours notice is required. Late cancellations are charged at the full fee.

How do I pay?

Payment is made by bank transfer.

Do I need a diagnosis?

No. Many people come simply because something feels difficult or unclear.

How do I know if you are the right therapist for me?

You can book an initial session to get a feel for the fit.

What if I find it hard to talk about my feelings?

We go at your pace, and I support you in finding the language for what you are experiencing.

What if I had a difficult experience with therapy before?

You are welcome to share your concerns. We work gently and build trust safely.

What if I am not sure what is wrong but I know I need support?

You do not need clear answers. Therapy can help you understand yourself and your emotions more deeply.
